*Service, Contributor, Media, and Referee awards are voted on the floor at the annual VSCA business meeting. Coaches of the Year awards are voted on by the membership through a ballot (electronic form). Top vote getting COY will serve as Assistant Coach on the current year's Twin State Staff and will be Head Coach the following Year.
